HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
The time span for deliveries consists of three periods:
1) Processing time (1 business day):
Order confirmation, adjustment, quality check, packaging.
Within 12-24 hours after the order is placed, it will be checked and approved. As soon as the order has been released in our system, production is commissioned to carry out the final quality check and pack.
2) Delivery time (depending on the country approx. 1-4 working days):
The shipment will be delivered by DHL.
As soon as the item has been picked up from the warehouse, it will take after:
- Austria 2-4 business days*
- Germany 1-3 working days*
so that the article is at your home.
*All shipping times exclude customs and duty delays. There may be a delay during busy periods such as Christmas or Black Friday, Valentine's Day.
Warning: The return costs are to be borne by the buyer
3) Availability
Due to the increased demand for our items, it may happen that certain items are no longer in stock. This can result in a delivery delay of 7-14 days. However, this is then also explicitly communicated to our customers.
WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?
We are currently offering you (Austria, Germany) free standard shipping.
There is also the variant Insured Premium Shipping. This shipping method costs € 1.40.
WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?
After the package has been packed, it will be handed over to the shipping service provider and you will receive an email with the shipment details. If you have opted for insured standard shipping, you will also receive a tracking number. Alternatively, you can also contact our customer service.
Returns
If you are dissatisfied with the delivered goods or the size does not fit, you can of course exercise your right of cancellation and send the goods back to us. Of course you can also return only part of your order. You can do this within 30 days after receipt of the goods.

Enclose the return form from the order email with your shipment

Pack your return well so that we receive an undamaged item.

Once we have received your return, it will be processed within 14 working days. You will receive the confirmation by email and you will be refunded using the payment method you used to pay.
